nginx_build_script : code revamp init

- Removed LibreSSL
- Added BoringSSL
- Fixed BoringSSL issue with Nginx (see: https://trac.nginx.org/nginx/ticket/2605#comment:8)
- Added Nginx Lua Module(finally!)
- Combined all files into one build.sh
